Owned by Silkar Tourism, LykiaGroup’s new investment project is located at Antalya City, Denizyaka town next to the Köprüçay river in Turkey.
It is a Golf Hotel and Resort Complex with its 18 hole professional golf course and 9 hole academy course, being built on a 1 million square meters large land. The Complex has 450 units consisting of rooms, suites, apartments, villas and approx 1200 bed capacity built on 200.000 square meters surrounded by the golf land and will be ready by June 15th 2007. Representing the first and the only links Golf Course of Turkey as well as the Southern Mediterranean Region, Lykia Links Golf is a golf field parallel to the sea on which the golfer can see the sea from its every corner, called ‘‘Links Course’’ that are only 300 examples out of 36.000 golf courses in the world and will officially open in April 2008.

In the complex where blue and green will become one, there are replicated islands like the Spa Island, Children’s Paradise Island, day and night activities, specialty restaurants, various room types with different concepts. Room Types: There are different room types in different sizes serving different accommodation choices in Golf Hotel and in Resort section. In these choices there are standard rooms, suits, golf suits, various choices of family units, terrace rooms, villas which serves the guests with different living resting areas and these rooms sizes varies from 40 sqm to 225 sqm. In addition to these room types there are 4 presidential suits with different characteristic comprising Jacuzzi, 2 of them have indoor swimming pool where as one of them has turning beds, all of them with sea and golf view.
Open-air Pools: In addition to its own sand beach about 2 km, there are 8 open-air swimming pools in the complex, covering a water area at about 9.500 sqm. Also around the accommodation units, Children’s Paradise and Villas, there are ornamental puddles which covers an area of 7.000 sqm.
Indoor Pools: The complex will feature 3 indoor pools, which 2 of them will be located in the Spa Center and the other one under the Terrace Rooms. Spa Island: Will be built on a 2500 square meters large area in Roman Architecture style and will be decorated with Far East concept. In the Spa Island there are; jacuzzi and 3 hamam. Children’s Paradise: Will be built on a 30.000 square meters large area with children amusement areas, children’s golf field, pools with water slides and entertainment areas on different landscaping zones. Restaurants & Snacks: The complex offers to its guests 2 main restaurants (open-air and indoor), Children’s Restaurant, 7 special restaurants: Turkish, Italian, French, Chinese, Japanese, Fish, Golf Club Restaurant, 2 Snack Restaurants, Patisserie and pub aiming to serve different tastes. Bars: There are 16 different bars at different locations with different views and concepts. Other areas: Open-air and indoors amphitheatre, bowling alley, disco, 8 tennis courts and 1 multipurpose sports area and a 2500 sqm large Golf Club with 18 different shops offering shopping opportunities. With the Golf pro-shop aim is to serve golf customers all needs. Conference Halls: Comprising one convention room with 650 person capacity in theatre seating, one 200 person capacity meeting hall, two 100 person and four 50 person capacity meeting rooms. In addition to the conference halls there is also a multi-functional amphitheatre which can also be used as a meeting hall with 800 person capacity.
