The golf course has a layout which provides fair conditions for first time playing. The greens are built as visible as possible to avoid blind shots. Fair and unusually good conditions are even given after extreme heavy rain falls. The sand ground of the former dunes allows the water to flow off very quickly and that the course ramains playable.

National Golf Club

The 18 hole Championship Course, designed by Ryder Cup Player David Feherty and Seniors Tour Player David Jones, has played host to the PGA European Turkish Seniors Open in 1996 and 1997. The National is the first golf course in Turkey which has been developed with the guidance and in accordance with the standards determined by European PGA and is open to members and limited day visitors.
Carved through a forest of eucalyptus and pine trees with the back-drop of the snow capped Taurus mountains and an abundance of natural lakes, the National tests all abilities of players.

When we choose a name for a location in our facility, we take into account the architecture of the hotel and the conceptual image we want to portray. The Enderun restaurant is one of these.

We are the first 5 star beach hotel in Turkey that has presented an entire cuisine of authentic Turkish food. When guests stay for a 14 day period, they will have the opportunity to enjoy dishes from 10 different regions in Turkey (Aegean, Black Sea, Marmara, Interior Anatolia, East Anatolia, Southeast Anatolia and Mediterranean Regions, along with Istanbul Ethnic, Anatolian Ethnic, Coastal Aegean and Island Cuisine). Every evening you will discover the unimaginable delicacies of Turkish food via various selections from Palace cuisine and Sea food premier evenings and 2 evenings serving modern Turkish cuisine.

At the Enderun, as in all of our facilities, your drinks will be delivered to your table without you having to lift a finger.

This is where food from the Palace comes to life. Here is served a special Ottoman cuisine that is no longer found in Turkish restaurants; while maybe our mothers or grandmothers made these dishes, they are no longer made and even cannot be made in the kitchens of our modern world. The Kuşhane Ottoman cuisine is comprised of an exemplary menu from the 14th and 19th centuries. The ambiance of the restaurant is a rare find in Turkey, with its architecture from the 18th century, the majestic hand carved entry door, and for our restaurant the specially designed decanter, goblets and cocktail glasses. The soft Turkish music in the background make for a pleasant experience of palace grandeur.

You are given three separate choices from the 9-course A La Carte menu. For a starter, little tasters are served to your table. You should especially try out our 'Mütebbel' for a warm appetizer. In the second section, there are 3 different types of olive oil dishes from which to choose. Then 3 different soups come along. No Turkish meal is compete without pastries, baked goods and various rice dishes; you may choose from 6 different ones. In Ottoman cuisine there is the mussel and meat dishes served with traditional sweet stewed fruit and we serve 3 different selections for you. Next is the serving of 3 types of stuffed 'Dolma' (like grape leaves or bell peppers). May we recommend trying the tasty 'Terkib-i Tuhafiye', a apple prepared and stuffed with lamb meat.

The main entree is comprised of 4 selections: 'Mutancane

As the only restaurant in Turkey that gives authentic service, Ela Quality Resort's Teppanyaki restaurant will take pride in hosting you. Aside from a modernized classic Japanese restaurant atmosphere, it also offers a menu of sushi- sahimi and teppanyaki. There are six teppanyaki tables in the restaurant, four outside and two inside.

You do not have to be a guest at the Ela Quality Resort in order to enjoy the tastes of this restaurant, as this service is not included in the price of the hotel. By making a reservation, you may be our guests for a meal. Our Filipino chefs have been trained in Japanese cuisine for many years and will not only serve the lobster, mussels and everything in on the Teppanyaki menu with a flair, they will also turn your meal into a celebration with their cooking demonstrations and conversation at the Teppan table.

The A la Carte menu begins with eight varieties of appetizers. Then come the dishes with rice, Udon and Soba menus, Tempura menu, three salad choices and six different main courses. The menu ends with four different dessert options. Sencha aisukuri-mu (green tea ice cream) draws particular attention.

The Sushi and Sashimi menu is richer than you can imagine. It consists of seventy-five different alternatives.

The Mexican-themed restaurant offers an A la carte menu. The menu consists of four separate cold appetizers, hot appetizers, salad, main course, and desserts.

The classic Mexican cuisine has been enriched with modern tastes. You can taste flavors like tortilla soup, quesedillas, nachos, and fajitas. In the dessert section, apple chimi and fried ice cream draw particular attention. Of course, some of the dishes are spicy, in keeping with Mexican tradition.

This restaurant offers three different menus, featuring handpicked examples of French cuisine. The complementary a la carte menu offers five courses and the rich tasters of two chefs' menus. It consists of four different cold appetizers, hot appetizer, salad, main course, and desserts.

La Passion is ideal for a romantic evening, with a mystical atmosphere given to it by the stone structure. It is for our guests who are seven years old and above.

The items on our a la carte menu that draw particular attention are duck foi grass with nougat, fig and terragon; beef cheek that has been soaked in black pepper oil served with celery puree with lavender; fish profiterole served with strawberry sautee and hollendaise sauce with saffron; and chicken fried in apricot seed oil.

The chef's taster menu offers nine courses in each of the two menus for an additional fee. Each menu is prepared with either men or women in mind, and is created by the blending of special flavors from our A la carte menu. Both menus are distinct in content and service.

For instance, in the menu prepared especially for men, there is beef fillet that has been dried for 28 days, and in the menu for women, lightly fried calf tenderloin is served with potatoes cooked in goose oil.

La Perla (Italian Restaurant)

The Italian-themed restaurant offers three different menus. Immediately you will notice the richness of each menu. Classic Italian cuisine from the south has been blended with modern combinations.

The smoked beef carpaccio, salmon carpaccio dried with sea salt, and lamb carpaccio flavored with cumin combination of three is a favorite. The sea urchin, served in three varieties as a hot appetizer, is a dining celebration. The pasta and risotto are served with six options. The salads find their flavor from the valeriana leaves, fresh nuts, and avacado sauce that we purchase from a specialized provider. Also, our lightly cooked tuna salad served with tiny baked vegetable pieces with beet, and red wine, is a taste worth trying. For the enjoyment of your taste buds we also offer a main course option of lamb back, which is baked for five hours after being marinated in black pepper and juniper oil.

Kalamata Restaurant

The Alarga Fish Restaurant is one of our A la Carte restaurants for which you must make a reservation at least one day in advance. It offers a rich and unique menu, with fish and seafood of your choice from the aquarium or counter, for an additional price. Along with Turkish appetizers, the other items on the menu for an additional price are blackened grilled cheese, grilled octopus, smoked fish soup, Turkish desserts and fruits will complete your meal. You decide how your fish will be cooked and choose the garnishings for your plate. These are choices that offer not only interesting but also classic Turkish flavors.
On the menu of included items what draws attention is that it has been prepared with both Turkish and foreign guests in mind. Without a doubt, many Turks prefer a rich variety of appetizers and rakı with their fish. However many foreign guests prefer wine with their fish. While guests from Russia and other Baltic countries generally like their fish grilled whole, many European guests like theirs as fillet with a sauce beside it. These details were not forgotten when our menu was formed. For our Turkish guests there are eleven different appetizers, ranging from greens from the Aegean to artichoke hearts in olive oil. Guests may choose any three of these. Cold appetizers have been prepared for the tastes of both Turks and foreigners. The linden marinated octopus legs and sea bass slices marinated in mustard draw particular attention. Of the hot appetizers, the smoked fish soup is quite exciting.

Pool Bar

The Pool Bar is in the center of our boundless pool, and accompanies the fun evenings and sunny days you will enjoy. Do not forget to order some of our homemade lemonade with fresh mint, a great companion to the Mediterranean heat. Live music performances, pool parties, and much more await you.

Ab-ı Hayat Bar
...Life's water. When you sip our cool, homemade lemonade with fresh mint leaves as you sit in our magnificent lobby, you will think how the name is appropriate for this bar. Ab-ı Hayat will meet all your desires with special selections on the menu during its hours of 9:00-24:00. The girls who will serve you are dressed in traditional costumes with special Turkish motifs, and similar to our other bars, they will ask whether you prefer lemon, honey, or mint leaves in your tea. When you order Turkish coffee, the question "how would you like it?" follows. Your answer may be "black, medium sugar, or with lots of sugar," or you may even request it with, "vanilla, coconut, or caramel."
            

Beach Bar
As you enjoy the sand, sun and sea of the beach, the Beach Bar comes to the rescue of your hot, salty tan. And if you stay in a Beach Suite, it gets even better, with drops of water sprinkled on you and a taste of coolness as you sip your bubbly 'ayran'. At the Ela Quality Resort everything is possible, even staying cool as you get a tan.
                  

Game Zone Bar
At our amusement center, Gamezone, there is not only a bar, but also free billiards, bowling for an additional fee, an internet corner, and game machines and tables that will make you never want to leave. For those who like to stay active during their holiday, right next door is a movie theater and across from there is our "Heat on South" night club which are open 24 hours a day.

Barteen
Barteen is a special location for the 13-18 year-olds who have come out of childhood and prefer to spend time the way they please. It is difficult to understand young people, but we have understood their expectations and created a place that will interest them. They can play games such as billiards and pinball, dance to their favorite music, and drink non-alcoholic drinks at the bar without intervention, because anyone over 18 years of age is not allowed in this bar.
    

Vitamin Bar
Of course the sauna and Turkish bath, massage and skin care are just what your body needs in order to breathe. The Vitamin Bar is inside the 4,500 meter square SPA Center, and adds the finishing touch to your treatment with the powerful vitamins your body needs by offering freshly squeezed fruit juices. Along with homemade aromatic life drinks, the Vitamin Bar also serves juices such as carrot, apple, and orange that are squeezed for you on the spot. This bar's free service is right beside the jacuzzi pool. If you desire the fruit itself rather than the juice, we can also give you the fruit The SPA center truly is the center of life and promises to completely cleanse your body and soul.
              

Heat on South Bar
A true night club ambiance, a stunning sound system and fabulous DJ. Heat on South is one of the most beautiful locations where the heat of the south will turn into dancing before you realize it. Open between 23:00-3:00, Heat on South is so magnetizing that you will not notice how quickly the night has passed.

Ottoman
Ela Quality Resort will bring a different dimension and pleasure to your conference experience with its magnificent decor. Our biggest room is the 868 square meter Ottoman room, which if you desire can be partitioned into three sections for your meetings and other events. Its capacity is 600 for gala meals, 700 in classroom format, and 900 in theater style. And for cocktails its capacity is also 900.

Beylerbeyi
Beylerbeyi is the name given to a facility of governance in the Ottoman Empire, and also is the name of a fantastic palace in Istanbul. Possessing the same size and style as the Yıldız conference room, this room is 105 meters square. For meetings where food it served its
capacity is 40, whether the tables are arranged in a U shape or square formation. It seats 60 in a classroom format, 80 in a theater style, and30 in a block arrangement.

Çırağan
In order to provide you with several rooms of the same size, we also built Çırağan and Dolmabahçe. They are 82 meters square, and have a capacity of 30 when prepared in classroom, U-shape, block and square arrangements, and 40 when in a theater arrangement

Dolmabahçe
Along Istanbul's Bosphorus strait, the Ottoman Empire completed the building of the Dolmabahçe Palace in 1856, and this is the name we have given to our conference room that is 82 meters square. This little palace has a capacity of 30 when prepared in classroom, U-shaped, block and square arrangements, and 40 when in a theater arrangement.
        

Yıldız
This is the name of Istanbul's second largest palace. It has the same style as Beylerbeyi and is 105 meters square. It has a capacity of 40 for meetings with meals, and serves the name number in a U-shaped or square arrangement. If you need a classroom style it seats 60, 80 in theater style and 30 in a block format.

The Fitness Center is at your service with its technologically advanced equipment and special programs overseen by an expert director. Aerobics and water jymnastics are among the sports activities you can choosethroughout the day to keep your body active during your holiday. Like a child you can jump on a trampoline, slide on the 5 water slides, play tennis or mini golf, or if you so desire there is always the beach facing the southern breeze that is very attractive. A little activity during your beach time is not a bad idea, either. Some beach volleyball and water sports will bring some action to your time on the beach. And whether you choose billiards, table tennis, basketball, bowling or other games, the day will not be long enough for you to enjoy them all.

Whether you prefer the pool or the beach, be sure to take part in the once-a-week pool party. It takes place in our activity program as the daytime activity that our guests both young and old will not want to miss.

At the end of a full day, after a drink accompanied by live music in the lobby, make your way toward the amphitheater where every night there is a different professional team that will give performances you will not be able to tear your eyes from. After enjoying the performance, free yourself into the flow of music that will make your insides bubble up, as you listen to Antalya's and Turkey's favorite live music groups while you take in the atmosphere of pool lights and under star-lit evenings at the Pool Bar. Later, as you walk toward the seashore and the Pier Bar, let your soul be refreshed as the water glides under your feet and you listen to the live music that takes place three times a week, and on the weekend be captured by the romance of an open-air cinema. And at our famous once-a-week pier party, let your rested soul be put into action.

Every Friday is a "Gala Night." We decorate this night with special performances and special Gala foods at the Enderun Restaurant. Once every 14 days, after the performance at the Gala party, the heads of each department are introduced, there is a welcome from Ela Quality Resort's General Manager Mr. Ahmet Çolakoglu, accompanied by a champagne tower, fireworks show dancing to live music. This is how we say "farewell until we meet again," to our guests on this special night.

Turkish Bath
The service offered in the Turkish Hamam resembles a ceremony where the body is transfered into a state of relaxation by Anatolian art and culture. You will feel like a sultan from the days past as you are
influenced by the exotic smells and spreading effect of warmth. Your body will become warm and your skin soften from the relaxing effect of the hot steam in the Turkish bath. Whether you choose the Sultan, Pas,a
or S,ehrazat bath options at the Ela Quality Resort, you will have an unforgettable experience.

When you first enter the bath, the master will have you lay down on the marble slab. After that the master will begin using a bath glove on your body to clean, relax, and make you feel good. Having a bath glove used on the entire body provides a wonderful feeling of being clean, and the skins roughness will be replaced with softness and muscles will relax because of the faster blood circulation. Then you will be enveloped by a cloud of sweet smelling bubbles. Your body will relax with the sweet smell of the bubbles, and after a massage will be thoroughly rinsed. The master then activates your muscles with a special massage that is particular to the Turkish bath, using aromatic oils and working on your
head, feet and hands. And finally as your body and spirit find calmness, we offer you the pleasure of a glass of tea. In addition to our co-ed Turkish bath, we also have private baths. What would you say to a private Turkish bath with a special service of fruit and wine?

Saunas are places where, throughout history, people have visited in order to find health, become well, and relax.

In order to make the sauna more humid water is poured on the rocks on the top of the stove, and this causes steam to rise in the room and for the temperature to momentarily rise. Because steam conducts heat faster than air, the difference is noticed immediately.

Ela Quality Resort offers you our guests the service of two different saunas and a steam room. The Finnish sauna is made of classic sauna wood, has a temperature of 90 – 110°C, and has 10-25% humidity.
